Products I’ve personally used throughout my endometriosis journey, surgery, recovery, and everyday life.
These are products I’ve personally purchased and used along the way. I’m sharing them because they made something easier, more comfortable, or more convenient for me not because they are treatments for endometriosis. What worked for me may not be right for everyone.

Excision Surgery & Recovery
Body Pillow
Finding comfortable sleeping and resting positions after surgery wasn't always easy. A body pillow gave me additional support and made it easier to adjust my positioning without putting unnecessary pressure on my abdomen.
Loose Nightgowns
Loose nightgowns were one of the simplest things I was glad I had after surgery. They kept pressure off my abdomen and incisions and made getting dressed during the early stages of recovery much easier.
Hanes Women's Comfort Clothing — Size Up
I specifically purchased these in a larger size for recovery. Having something soft and loose around my waist made a big difference when I didn't want anything tight against my abdomen.
Foldable Lap Desk
I spent much more time resting after surgery, and a foldable lap desk made it easier to use my laptop, eat, read, or work on something without constantly needing to sit at a desk or table.
Cane
I purchased a cane for some additional stability and support while getting around during recovery. I didn't need it forever, but I liked having the option when I wasn't moving normally yet.
Lume Deodorant Wipes
A very practical recovery purchase. Showering and getting completely ready can take more energy immediately after surgery, so I liked having these available when I wanted to freshen up without doing a full shower.
Everyday Comfort
Electric Heating Pad
Heat has been one of my go-to comfort measures. I like an electric heating pad when I'm at home because I can use it for longer periods without constantly reheating something, particularly around my lower back or abdomen.
Microwaveable Heating Bags
I also keep heating bags for times when I want more targeted heat or something I can easily move around with. I like having both these and an electric heating pad because they serve slightly different purposes.
Donut / Lower Lumbar Support Pillow
Sitting has been one of the most difficult parts of my experience. I use additional support to help with positioning and reduce pressure when I have to sit for longer periods.
Red Light Therapy Back Massager
I incorporated this into my own back-comfort routine. I primarily use it as something relaxing for my back rather than viewing it as a treatment for endometriosis.
Magnesium Flakes for Baths
Warm baths became one of the ways I decompress when my body feels uncomfortable or I've simply had a stressful day. I add magnesium flakes as part of that relaxation routine.
Waterproof Shower Lamp
This one isn't an endometriosis product at all, I just genuinely enjoy it.
Navigating chronic symptoms, appointments, testing, and surgery can be stressful. I like turning off the overhead bathroom lights and using a waterproof lamp in the shower to create a quieter, more calming environment when I want to decompress.
Sometimes something doesn't have to fix a medical problem to make a difficult season a little better.
Supplements
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
NAC is a supplement I personally use and became interested in after finding published research examining NAC in women with endometriosis.
I chose this particular brand because I was looking for a simple formulation without unnecessary synthetic additives.
Work & Sitting Comfort
Sit-to-Stand Desk
If you work remotely or spend long periods at a desk, this is one of my favorite practical changes.
Sitting for extended periods became extremely difficult for me, but standing in one position for too long wasn't necessarily comfortable either. Having a sit-to-stand setup allows me to change positions throughout the day instead of forcing my body to stay in one position for hours.
